Repair Stack
BPC-157 and TB-500 are the two most-cited compounds in tissue-repair research, and they're rarely studied in isolation from one another. BPC-157's research profile centres on angiogenesis and localised growth-factor signaling, particularly in tendon, ligament, and gastrointestinal-tissue models. TB-500 approaches repair from a different angle — the actin-binding domain of Thymosin β4 drives cell migration and vessel formation at a more systemic level. Where BPC-157 is studied for stability and site-specific signaling, TB-500 is studied for mobility across a wider tissue range. Together, the pairing lets researchers examine local and systemic repair pathways side by side, which is why the two are the field's default combination.
